Most people are of the notion that if a
pill can eradicate a disorder, how can it be left behind to shape
your body. Fat accumulation, as termed by many medical practitioners,
is a disorder that can lead to various serious problems if left
unattended. Belly fat is one such common problem faced by the masses
in this era. You blame it a sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy food
habits or technology. They all have, in some way or the other,
contributed in the acceleration of these many disorders faced by man;
not to mention a dumpy belly. However, the question is, are weight
loss pills good to lose belly fat? For me, its a big NO!
Popping a pill is not an answer to
every dilemma we encounter. With the advent of technology, we humans
have become more prudent to know what to take and what to leave.
Pills, be it prescribed by a physician or over the counter, or for
that matter even herbal, in my opinion might give you temporary
relief, but its long term vices could be very dangerous than we could
expect. The many herbal medications, that comes with a tagline ‒
safe to use, might give out long term induced side effects, which in
some cases could also prove fatal. Agreed that these medications
could work wonders in some cases , but instead of abusing the body,
why not practice some physical exercises or indulge in a sport. The
benefits one can gain from it can be reaped for centuries to come and
yeah, you also turn more alive to face all the challenges of life in
style!
