Do you tend to sleep more? Do you always try to figure out “why do I always feel sleepy?”, or you always feel tired. If so, then the common reason for this problem is surely lack of energy and wishing to take small naps. Always wash your face with water whenever you feel sleepy. By doing this, you feel fresh and can work ahead with better mood.If you tend to eat late, avoid it. Sleep time is when your body needs rest after proper digestion. If you eat late, your digestion process becomes slow. Due to this you feel like sleeping late and getting up late. You are advised not to eat anything 3 hours before going to bed.

Make sure you go to bed at least by 10. It is shown that human body needs at least 7-8 hours of sleep in which sleep between 10 pm to 2 am is the most effective. If you skip sleeping during these hours, you are missing high quality of sleep time.

Whenever you get the feeling of being sleepy during the day, keep yourself engaged in some other work. Listen to some rock music or talk to your friends or play games. By this you can surely avoid day sleep.
