Causes of hair losses

Every time we take a bath or comb our hair, it’s normal to loose some amount of hair strings but if you are loosing more, you need to watch it, folks.
Have you ever wandered your esteemed thoughts as to why we loose an amount of hair more than what is termed as a normal figure? If no, let’s have a look upon some points to know the reasons and some medical advice to resurrect the same.
You will be amazed to know the fact that one looses around 50-100 hairs daily but and that’s not at all the reason to push up the emergency button yet. However, it’s crucial to know their causes.

  • Stress- Stress is the most accounting factor for the cause of hair loss. Once the stress be it physical or mental subsidizes, the hair stops falling due to this reason.
  • Drugs- Even some drugs can trigger hair loss due to their impending side effects. Thus, in order to prevent the loss from this factor, it would be advisable to take medical advice to correctly know the pros and cons of taking a medicine on the hair.
  • Skin related disorders- Some skin related disorders can also trigger hair fall. Psoriasis, for an instance, can cause the hair fall. Nevertheless, once the disease is treated, it is very much expected for hairs to regrow.
  •  Genetics- If your immediate relative or even distant ones are bald then it can affect your hair density too and you may start loosing hair often. Thus, genetics problem can be another cause for hair loss. This can be generally inherited either from your father’s or mother side.
  • Aging- Aging is another basic reason for experiencing a sense of hair loss. By the age of 40, more than 40% males experience a considerable no of hair loss. Age you age; the hair looses its thickness and strength and becomes loose and thin.
  • Testosterone- This main hormone is responsible for a good amount of hair loss in man considerably because of the responses of hair follicles to the hormone. 
  • Iron Deficiency- If you are not having the required amount of iron in your meal, then this can well be another reason for hair loss. Thus, make sure you are having a good amount of iron to at least avoid hair loss sue to this reason. Some of the sources of iron are wholesale cereals, pulses, fish, turnip greens, watermelons, dried date, dark green vegetables like broccoli, etc.
  • Menopause- Once a woman experiences the condition of menopause; her hair starts becoming thin and lacks sheen, too. It’s a known fact that by the age of 50 most of the 50% of them reports the thinning of hair, vehemently.
  • Child Birth- It is a common thing for a woman to loose a substantial amount of hair after the birth of a child. However, the hair shall come back naturally after the passage of some time, comfortably.
