Irrespective of the causes, sleep takes a back seat due to various factors such as depression, stress, heavy workload, and job schedules. Several side effects that are chronic in nature arise due to lack of proper sleep.
The changes in your body directly relate with the development and quality of hair and if in any way the body malfunctions,   then it can affect the hair. Stress or emotional suffering, exhaustion, and autoimmune disorders which cause lack of  sleep can also lead into hair loss.
Various kinds of hair disorders can trigger loss of hair. Sleep anxiety or apnea is one of them. It's defined as a condition in which the airways get blocked when the person is sleeping wherein the person's breathing stops for a few seconds and can also go up to a minute. This leads to the shortage of oxygen in the body and there's some action taken by the brain to wake up the person from sleep.
Stress is another main factor that results into lack of sleep hair loss. Regardless of the causes, you need to change your lifestyle and try to live a stress free life.
